目前，公司承接的兩臺 260000/220kV 超高壓變壓器 正在車間緊張生產(chǎn)中，已順利完成了 器身引線、烘干、整形工藝 等關鍵步驟。這些工藝步驟是確保變壓器穩(wěn)定性和長期運行性能的基礎，也是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關鍵保證。
在 器身引線 工藝中，技術團隊確保引線精確連接，保證電氣性能穩(wěn)定；在 烘干工藝 中，我們嚴格控制溫度和時間，確保各類絕緣材料達到最佳干燥效果；通過 整形工藝，變壓器的各項機械結構得到精準調(diào)整，為后續(xù)的組裝和試驗提供了堅實的基礎。
隨著生產(chǎn)的逐步推進，我們將繼續(xù)強化質(zhì)量管理，嚴格把控每一道工藝，確保變壓器按期、按質(zhì)完成交付。公司始終秉承“精益生產(chǎn)，質(zhì)量為本”的理念，全力以赴為客戶提供安全、穩(wěn)定的電力解決方案。
The two 260000/220kV ultra-high voltage transformers currently undertaken by our company are progressing smoothly in the workshop, having successfully completed key steps such as core lead wiring, drying, and shaping. These processes form the foundation for ensuring the stability and long-term operational performance of the transformers and are critical to maintaining product quality.
During the core lead wiring process, our technical team ensures precise connections to guarantee stable electrical performance. The drying process is strictly controlled in terms of temperature and time, ensuring the optimal drying of insulating materials. Through the shaping process, the mechanical structures of the transformers are precisely adjusted, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent assembly and testing stages.
As production progresses, we will continue to strengthen quality management, carefully control each manufacturing process, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
